About Rola
Rola Fort is a seasoned yoga and movement coach with deep roots in traditional practice. Certified in Ashtanga and Hatha from India, and a former professional dancer, Rola brings a rare combination of technical precision and artistic grace to every session.
With over seven years of teaching Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and more than four years teaching dance in schools and private classes, Rola brings over a decade of experience guiding people through the power of movement. She has supported hundreds of women in reconnecting with their energy, rebuilding strength, and rediscovering the joy of moving through the hormonal transitions and evolving demands of life.
Rooted in both modern movement science and the timeless wisdom of yoga, Rola’s approach creates practices that are not only transformative in the moment, but sustainable for long-term vitality, balance, and wellbeing.
