About Me
Body movement has always been my interest and it has kept me going. I have experienced various types of movements, some are unstructured and some are structured, some are soft and some are hard, until I found myself just moving with my breathe. This is when I started living in the present moment where the past and future has no influence. I am who I am in this moment. It is what it is right now . Accepting , breathing and moving. With every new sunrise there will be a new beginning and a new story.
Types of Yoga
Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath.
Hatha yoga
Hatha Yoga, (Sanskrit: “Discipline of Force”) school of Yoga that stresses mastery of the body as a way of attaining a state of spiritual perfection in which the mind is withdrawn from external objects.
Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.
Yin yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time.
Yoga Classes
Group classes
Group classes are given every day at La Parenthése and monthly at Boutique Lorna Jane Nice-France
Private classes
Private classes are available at home or in studio. Classes are tailor made according to your level and depending on each individual goals and physical/spiritual aspirations. Semi private classes can be done at studio or at home. It can take up to 4 people at the same time that have the same yoga goals and more or less the same level of practice
Corporate classes
Corporate classes concentrates on the well being and positive connection between employees. It is proven to enhance productivity, work on anger management and shared activities between employees strengthen connection. On a physical level we work on toning, mobility and strength. A positive body image and healthier mind set
